His career began 15 years ago when he wanted to pursue an education in fitness, exercise, and nutrition. He studied at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and soon became a nationally certified personal trainer. Since then, he has successfully completed many other certifications including NASM, AAAI/ISMA, ASFA, and currently is a master level personal trainer. Marc also holds certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid. Additionally, Marc is a R.U.T.G.E.R.S. certified youth sports coach and has over seven years of coaching youth sports teams.

While he does not disclose the identities of his clients, he has had the privilege of training many members of his community including, but not limited to, a professional arena football team, former pro wrestlers, bodybuilders, senior citizens, actors, actresses and models.

Currently Marc’s practice is focused on the current obesity epidemic and working with those who struggle to loose extra weight while looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle. To this end, he is also a licensed Sports Nutritionist. The discipline of Sports Nutrition applies principles derived from current biomechanical and physiological scientific knowledge for the purpose of promoting optimal health. Recognizing biochemical individuality, a Sports Nutritionist assess a person’s nutritional needs to achieve optimal physiological function. This assessment includes the use of appropriate tests and observations such as case history, anthropomorphic measurements, body composition, physical signs, and nutrition/lifestyle analysis to determine an educational nutrition program. Assessment also provides the basis for referral to other health professionals, if applicable.
